~Benefits of Membership:

All members will receive a membership card signed by the President of American World University, Dr. Maxine Asher. Additionally, there will be a scholarship program, which is co-sponsored by the AWU Alumni Association, for a qualified student who cannot afford the tuition costs associated with the program. This is at the discretion of Dr. Asher and the AWU staff. All in furtherance of the spirit of international education.
NEWSLETTER information will inform members of upcoming University graduations, events, post graduate degree programs, and courses. Members can also use this website as a conveyance to share information of an academic, social, or professional nature. Newsletter information is available upon request.

It has been an accredited member of the WAUC~ World Association of Universities & Colleges since its inception in 1992.
The AWU Alumni Association celebrates and reflects the pride, academic accomplishment, and fervor of all of its graduates worldwide, in the furtherance of international education.
American World University is a leader in distance learning education, and has a myriad of affiliations with universities and colleges throughout the world.
